These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Finale ("the App"), a macOS application developed by Reaktör Teknoloji Tic. Ltd. Şti. ("we", "our", or "us").

By downloading, installing, or using Finale, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Finale for personal or commercial purposes, subject to these Terms and Apple's App Store Terms of Service.

Subscription

Free Tier

Finale offers a free tier with limited features:
• 1 active project
• Basic decision tracking
• Menu bar integration

Finale Pro

Finale Pro is available as an auto-renewing subscription

Pro features include:
• Unlimited projects
• Data export (JSON backup)
• Priority support

Billing
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
• Subscription automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Use the App for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Redistribute or resell the App

Intellectual Property

Finale, including its design, features, and content, is owned by Reaktör Teknoloji Tic. Ltd. Şti. and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Your Data

You retain all rights to the content you create in Finale. We do not claim ownership of your projects, notes, or any data you enter. See our Privacy Policy for details on data handling.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Finale is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.

The decision framework provided by Finale is a tool to help you think through projects. We do not guarantee any particular business outcomes. Your decisions and their consequences are your own responsibility.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reaktör Teknoloji Tic. Ltd. Şti. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Finale.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to Finale at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or us.
